Growth is about more than revenue.
At LeoCrest Growth Architects, we believe sustainable growth happens when strategy, people, leadership and opportunity come together.
Founded by Amanda Cahow, LeoCrest brings nearly 20 years of nonprofit executive leadership experience to organizations navigating growth, change and opportunity. Amanda's experience includes leading a $141M+ annual fundraising portfolio across 11 states, developing high-performing teams, cultivating six- and seven-figure partnerships and leading significant organizational change.
LeoCrest was created to give nonprofit leaders something different: an experienced thought partner who can step back, ask the right questions, uncover opportunity and help turn strategy into action.
Clarity. Leadership. Sustainable Growth.
My career in philanthropy gave me a front-row seat to generosity, purpose, and the extraordinary things that happen when people believe they can make a difference. It also left me with a conviction that ultimately led me to start LeoCrest Growth Architects:
there is greatness in people, and great organizations know how to unlock it.
I wanted to take what I’ve learned through a career in philanthropy, leadership, growth, and relationship-building and help more organizations create the conditions for people to step forward, contribute, and make an impact. Because giving back isn’t simply about generosity. At its best, it connects people to purpose, to one another, and to the belief that what they do matters.
For me, that sense of purpose is also deeply personal.
I’m fueled every day by my family: my husband, Bob, and our two children, Brenner and Ellis. They keep me grounded in what matters most and remind me why building stronger organizations and communities is work worth doing.
Outside of LeoCrest, you’ll often find me involved in our kids’ schools, our church, and causes supporting veterans and military families. As the wife of a retired National Guard combat veteran, service and sacrifice have a special place in my heart.
LeoCrest is my way of bringing those parts of my life together: a belief in people, a passion for purpose, and a desire to help organizations unlock the greatness that already exists within their communities.
What’s in a name?
LeoCrest is personal by design.
“Leo” begins with me. As a proud Leo, I’ve always connected with what the lion represents: strength, courage, family, pride and protection. Those qualities are also at the heart of the businesses and nonprofits I admire most, organizations built to serve, contribute and make a meaningful difference.
“Crest” represents reaching higher while staying grounded in what matters. Together, LeoCrest reflects my belief that meaningful growth isn’t just about getting bigger. It’s about building something stronger, more sustainable and worthy of pride.
